Escrow protection

Every booking is fully protected by escrow. Your payment is only released to the creator after you approve deliverables. If a creator fails to deliver as agreed, you can raise a dispute directly from the campaign page.

Eligible refund scenarios

• Creator cancels before delivery — 100% refund within 5–7 business days.
• Creator fails to deliver by the deadline — 100% refund after dispute verification.
• Deliverables do not match the agreed brief — partial or full refund after dispute review.
• Booking cancelled by you before the creator accepts — 100% refund minus payment-gateway fees.

Non-refundable

• Subscription plans after 7 days of activation.
• Featured placement or advertisement spend once campaigns go live.
• Bookings where deliverables were approved by you.

How to request a refund

Open the booking, click Raise Dispute, share evidence and our resolution team will respond within 3 business days.

Processing time

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
